If You Need to Cancel
- 14 days or more before your trip:
- You will receive a full refund of your deposit.
- Within 13 days of your trip:
- Your deposit is non-refundable.
- Within 24 hours of your scheduled trip or no-shows:
- Your card will be charged the full remaining balance of the trip.
Weather Cancellations:
If weather conditions are deemed unsafe, the trip will be canceled by the captain and your deposit will be fully refunded.
All weather-related decisions are made at the sole discretion of the captain.
